Hi! Sorry I haven’t posted anything in a while, I’ve been excruciatingly busy. So I finally got some free time and decided to design a house. I got the idea for this teeny tiny house while looking a shed plans online…yes shed plans! This home is only 270 square feet so far it’s the smallest house I’ve ever designed. Instead of having bedrooms, it has a large bunk above the cabinets in the gathering room, and the kitchen sink is the only sink this house has. I tried to make these houses as efficient as possible…maybe too efficient.

This house i made about a year ago. It is part of a series of houses that started my craving for designing small open homes. I hope you enjoy it, and please leave a comment if you have any tips or suggestions!

This house is 912 square feet with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

Hello I’m Kevin Nienhouse. I am 12 years old, and my brother, Tyler, set up this website for me. I want to be an architect when I grow up, so I needed a place to show my work because my parents are probably sick of seeing everything I design.
